TBS systems come with a standard 1 year parts and labor warranty that covers all hardware in your system. Please note that where possible we use equipment that carries manufactures extended warranty periods. These extended warranty periods are administered by the manufacture and does not cover labor after the one year labor period. We have working relationships with most manufactures that after the initial warranty period allow us to cross ship failed components thus speeding up the back into service time.

Hardware warranty is covered by a one year parts and labor warranty. We will replace defective parts with equivalent or superior parts and strive to return your system back to you within 24 hours. We put in quality parts to ensure that warranty issues do not arise. We are proud to say that we have had less than 1% of our systems returned for warranty service.
